Before launching Broad & Madison, Brendan spent over 15 years leading consulting and service delivery at Bullhorn, where he built and scaled teams, led a $30M services business, and partnered with some of the biggest players in the industry. From M&A strategy to customer success and system integrations, he’s spent his career helping companies simplify complexity and operate smarter.

A proud James Madison University grad, Brendan combines big-picture strategy with hands-on problem-solving, making him a trusted partner for businesses looking to future-proof their tech and grow without the growing pains.

With over 20 years in the Staffing and Recruitment industry, Stewart has spent his career founding, building, and advising technology and consulting firms.

Stewart's been in the trenches of large-scale digital transformation projects on the Bullhorn platform, bringing both hands-on experience and battle-tested lessons to the Broad & Madison team.

Based in Scotland, Stewart has worked with staffing firms across the globe—from New Zealand to the U.S.—giving him a big-picture view of the technology challenges and opportunities shaping the industry. As a Strategic Advisor, he supports both B&M’s internal team and clients, whether on specific projects or through our fractional outsourced services.

With over a decade of experience in the staffing and recruiting technology space, Ryan Morgan is a Senior Consultant at Broad & Madison, specializing in customer success, process optimization, and strategic technology adoption.

Ryan began his career at Bullhorn, starting on the Support team before partnering with Brendan Robinson to establish the company’s first Customer Success team. Over the years, he worked with hundreds of clients, delivering coaching, best practices, and process improvements to drive product adoption and operational efficiency. His collaborative and relationship-driven approach led him to oversee Bullhorn’s global Customer Success operations, shaping long-term client strategies.

In his later years at Bullhorn, Ryan transitioned to the National Accounts Team, where he took on a strategic advisory role, ensuring enterprise clients had the right tools, teams, and industry partnerships to achieve their business goals. Known for his ability to align technology with business strategy, Ryan helps clients navigate complex challenges, maximize ROI, and create seamless customer experiences.

When he's not solving business challenges, Ryan can be found exploring tea varieties, taking long walks on the beach—preferably in Spain or southern France.

Xiomara is a Senior Consultant at Broad & Madison, specializing in Time & Attendance solutions and workforce management technology.

With over 11 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry, she helps clients implement, optimize, and adopt Bullhorn Time & Expense to drive operational efficiency and business success.

Bringing a deep expertise in system configurations and best practices, Xiomara works closely with organizations to streamline workflows, enhance user adoption, and solve complex challenges. As a bilingual consultant, she ensures seamless collaboration across diverse teams, making technology accessible and effective for all users.
